Buildcarolina

Build Carolina is a nonprofit that believes that a thriving, inclusive tech ecosystem begins with accessible pathways into high-growth careers. That’s why we create scalable learning and work-based experiences that directly address the needs of employers while creating life-changing opportunities for individuals across the state. By combining hands-on training, strategic partnerships, and a strong commitment to equity, Build Carolina equips South Carolinians with the skills and support they need to start and grow in tech careers, while helping companies build and retain the workforce necessary to succeed. We are the tech talent resource hub that acts as a connector between industry, education, and community—aiming to build a tech workforce that reflects South Carolina’s full potential.
